Drawing inspiration from the island’s rich history, the villa owner undertook this ambitious and self-sustainable project while respecting nature and island traditions. The result is this charming contemporary villa with carefully implemented autochthonous stone and wooden details. Over 13 kilometers of old roads have been renewed to make this estate accessible, and pathways had to be carved out of the rock. Still, nowadays, this property represents the true oasis of peace surrounded by the lush natural environment, allowing uncompromising enjoyment of a truly memorable ambiance.

Villa Island Magic occupies 207 square meters of living area, and it was built entirely out of prestigious marble and stone from Brač. This luxurious villa consists of a spacious living room with built-in fireplace and ceiling windows for natural lighting, a fully – fitted kitchen with dining area, three bedrooms with panoramic sea views, and four bathrooms. It also features a garage and laundry room. High-quality materials and top-notch equipment provide the utmost comfort, while technical equipment guarantees a carefree vacation with your family or friends.

The harmonious combination of traditional building materials and modern features creates a special, inviting, and cozy ambiance.
