Authentic historical estate boasting picturesque sea views
Immortelle Estate is an autochthonous estate dating back to the beginning of the 19th century. It is located in an idyllic position, ca. thirty kilometers from the town of Hvar and about 10 kilometers from Jelsa. The island of Hvar is undoubtedly one of the most famous islands in Croatia and one of the most desirable destinations for international investors. The island is widely known for its untouched natural beauties, luxury facilities, and attractions included in the prestigious UNESCO list.
Immortelle Estate is set on a plot of more than 12,000 square meters, and thanks to its elevated position, it boasts a unique view of the sea and the southern Dalmatian islands. A neat macadam road leads to the property, which is regularly maintained. There are indigenous stone houses on the land, occupying a total living area of about 250 square meters. The objects require complete reconstruction, and electricity and water are not connected to the public network. One large stone house is divided into two levels. There is also one smaller house, two traditional Mediterranean round houses with conical roofs, known as ‘kažuni,’ and a cistern (water tank). The entire estate is covered with authentic Mediterranean plants, and it is enriched with fifty olive trees that are over 20 years old.
Documentation and conceptual design for the reconstruction of the property are available, and according to the existing spatial plan, the facilities can be adapted to the current dimensions.
This traditional island estate with charming stone houses has excellent investment potential and can be easily adapted for tourism or reconstructed as an attractive private residence in a quiet location that offers an intimate stay in a picturesque island environment while close to all necessary facilities.
