A project in untouched nature
Rudina is a small settlement located about 2 kilometers from the town of Stari Grad, which is the main ferry point of the island of Hvar. Rudina was founded in the 16th century and consists of small farms connected in a harmonious whole.
The project containing 3 lots is offered in the so-called „undeveloped zone“ of the urban plan, each one with its specific construction possibilities.
However, all the lots have something in common. It only takes a few minutes to walk in order to reach the sea. The area offers the atmosphere of untouched nature.
The first particle has a total surface of 4811 square meters. It is in the sparsely populated residential area, which means that it is an area of possible construction of family houses in which besides housing, business can be performed (trade, catering and other).
The second particle has a mixed-use purpose and has a total surface of 6775 square meters. There is a possibility of construction for major tourist facilities (up to 80 beds), and other objects for business purpose (catering, sports etc.)
The third lot of total surface of 3902 square meters has an agricultural purpose, and offers unobstructed views of the sea and green land. It is an extension to the second particle (6775 square meters) and they make a harmonious urban-architectural whole.
