Charming apartment in the hidden attic of the center of Split
Apartment Marigold is located on the top floor of authentic Dalmatian houses located in the old town of Split – only 3 minutes walk from Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Split is the second-largest city in Croatia and the largest tourist center of the country, where tradition and modernity are perfectly combined. The most recognizable part of Split, apart from the palace, is certainly its main promenade – Riva, the apartment Marigold located only 190 meters away from it.
The apartment was renovated in 2018, and then all installations were changed, as well as isolation, to be energy efficient.
The same year, the wooden roof and wooden floors that adorn three of the apartment’s four bedrooms were renovated.
The living area extends to 80 m2 and consists of four bedrooms, two of which overlook the south side and the beautiful sea, and the other two offer view of Diocletian’s Palace.
The rest of the apartment includes a kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, with tiles of the highest category, which perfectly mimic the wooden floors of the bedroom. The bathroom and kitchen were renovated in 2016.
The kitchen and living room provide a view of the park forest Marjan, categorized as natural heritage and protected by law. The apartment has access to a large balcony decorated with a fixed pergola that can be shaded with green hedges.
The attic in the living room has an open gallery with beautiful decorative wooden beams.
